Producer/director Eli Gunnvor Grønsdal has worked as medical journalist since 1997. She has participated in a large number of medical congresses and has been working within the Norwegian health system.

Eli Gunnvor Grønsdal worked as an editor for the magazine “Hospitalet” (Helse Bergen) from 2003 –2004. She renamed the magazine, rebuilt the lay out and changed the contents. In 2004 “Hospitalet” got the 3.prize in a competition between 75 company magazines in Norway.
